The distribution of SPMB diameter was measured by laser grade scatter implement, the concentration was calculated by blood cell count and the appearance was observed by light microscope. Meanwhile the changes of SPMB diameter, concentration and appearance were observed with the storage time extension. The acute toxicity was experimented on 62 clearing mice and LD50 value was analyzed with Bliss assay method. The changes of gross anatomy and histological anatomy were observed.
