1.Experimental study on surfactant perfluoropropane-filled microbubbles preparation, safety and visualization effectiveness1.1Experiment of surfactant perfluoropropane-filled microbubbles preparation and acute toxicity testSurfactant perfluoropropane-filled microbubbles (SPMB) were made from Span 60 and Tween 80 which were warmed up to liquate, cooled down to degeneration, then sonicated with slowly injecting perfluoropropane. The distribution of SPMB diameter was measured by laser grade scatter implement, the concentration was calculated by blood cell count and the appearance was observed by light microscope. Meanwhile the changes of SPMB diameter, concentration and appearance were observed with the storage time extension. The acute toxicity was experimented on 62 clearing mice and LD50 value was analyzed with Bliss assay method. The changes of gross anatomy and histological anatomy were observed.
