Background :Computer assisted technology has get more medical application, and become the studying and application direction in the surgery field from recently twenty years. Form recently ten years, Computer Assisted Stereotactic System (CASS) and Computer Assisted Design & Simulation System(CADS) has come into being ,with the developing and interactive infiltration of medical three dimension image and computer technique. CADS technology has come into popularization in clinic application aborad form 90s. In most of the craniofacial center, it is becoming one of the routine method to build post-operation image as preoperational planing, with improvement of image workstation and software .At present, the software of medical 3-D image building (exp.3DCMFCAS, 3D-DOCTOR) has come into being, but its measurement function is not enough for clinic application and too complex for operation .The software of 3-D image measurement is designed for industry manufacture but not for clinic operation design. Hence, it is necessary to develop a program for clinic application with the function of 3-D image building and measurement, which must be easily to learn and operation.
