In order to find new substances with anticancer bioactivities from metabolites of marinemicroorganisms, microorganism strains were collected and isolated from sea area all over theworld. With morphological changes of Pyricularia oryzae and Alternaria solani as bioassays,6 microorganism strains with better activities were selected to be researched. The chemicalconstituents of the fermentation and/or mycelia of these six strains were studied on by allkinds of chromatographical techniques (such as silica gel chromatography, sephadex LH-20,PTLC and HPLC etc.). 46 compounds were obtained and their structures were determined bymeans of physicochemical evidence and spectral analysis. 7 compounds were isolated fromthe strain Marinomonas sp. 02A-X15 and identified as uracil (1), thymine (2), 3-methyl-pyrrolopiperazine-1, 4-dione (3), pyrrolopiperazine-1, 4-dione (4), 3-isobutyl-hexahydro-pyrrolo[l,2-a]pyrazine-l,4-dione (5), P-sitosterol (6), 4-hydroxy-1 -oxy-pyridine (7). 7Compounds were isolated from the strain streptomyces sp. FX-58 and identified as 1,6-dihydroxy-8-propylanthraquinone (8), 1, 8-dihydroxy-2-ethyl-3-methyl anthraquinone (9),5-carboxymethyl-2-propyl-chromone (10) , 3, 8-dihydroxy-l-propylanthraquinone-2-carboxylic acid (11). octadecanoic acid (12), cholest-4-en-3-one (13), erythritol (14). 4Compounds were isolated from the strain Alternaria tenuis Sg17-1 and identified asisocoumarin AI-77-B (15), isocoumarin AI-77-F (16), isocoumarin Sg17-1-4 (17),2-amino-4-methylpentanoic acid (18). 8 Compounds were isolated from the strain Aspergillussp. NJTL16 and identified as ergosta-8 (9), 22-diene-3β 5α, 6β, 7a-tetraol (19),3-benzyl-6-isopropyl-piperazine-2, 5-dione (20), 3-benzyl-6-isobutyl-piperazine-2, 5-dione(21), 3-benzyl-6-sec-butyl-piperazine-2, 5-dione (22), 3, 6-dibenzyl-piperazine-2, 5-dione(23), 3-isobutyl-6-isopropyl-piperazine-2, 5-dione (24), 3-sec-butyl-6-isobutyl-piperazine-2,5-dione (25), 3-sec-butyl-6-isopropyl-piperazine-2, 5-dione (26). 10 Compounds wereisolated from the strain Gliocladium sp.YUP08 and identified as diketopiperazine PJ147 (27),diketopiperazine PJ157 (28), 3-hydroxybenzaldehyde (29), (2, 2-dimethyl-1, 3-benzodioxol-5-yl)methanol (30), 3-(hydroxymethyl)phenol (31), 4-methyl-1, 2-benzenediol (32), 4-(2-hydroxyethyl)phenol (33), dibutylphthalate (34), Phthalic acid bis-(2-ethyl-hexyl)ester...
