Part â…  The Effect Of Inflammation Factors On Endothelial Function In Metabolic SyndromeObjective:Insulin resistance (IR) is now regarded as a new cardiovascular risk factor, endothelial dysfunction is crucial in the process of developing arteriosclerosis. It is very important to explore the mechanisms of endothelial dysfunction in IR. Fat-derived inflammation factors may play an important role in the mechamsms of endothelial dysfunction in IR. Our study used the high dose aspirin as the intervention method to explore the effect of inflammation factor on endothelial dysfunction in IR and to explore the possible mechanism in high fat diet-induced obese rats.Method: 100-150g 3-4 week-old healthy male SD rats were divided randomly into three groups : Normal control( NC), high fat diet group(OB)and high fat diet plus high dose aspirin group(OB-AS). NC rats were feed by normal diet for 8 weeks, OB rats were feed by high fat diet for 8 weeks , OB-AS rats were feed by high fat diet for 8 weeks and high dose aspirin for 4 weeks. The euglycemic hyperinsulinemia clamp study was...
