Objectives:1. To investigate the mechanism of proliferation inhibited and re-differentiation induced with Retinoic acid (RA) and Trichostatin A (TSA) for differentiated thyroid carcinoma (DTC) cell.2. To investigate the available protocol of DTC cell increased and induced with combined RA and TSA.3. To evaluate the iodide uptake ability of DTC lesions and the therapeutic effect of RA for patients with DTC.Methods:1. After incubation with RA and TSA for 12,24,and 48h, the cell proliferation test and conformation on K1 and FTC-133 cell lines were evaluated with methythiazolyltetrazolium (MTT) and microscope2. Total RNA from the thyroid cancer cell lines was isolated. The effect of RA,TSA on gene expression of the thyroid carcinoma cell lines was analyzed by means of reverse-transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR).3.
