Coronary heart disease(CHD) is one of multiple etiology disease, which caused by both inherit and environment factors. Numerous epidemiology studies indicated that major risk factors of CHD were hypertension, dislipidemias, cigarette smoking, obesity, diabetes mellitus, type A personality, family history of CHD and abnormalities of coagulation and fibrinolysis system . The relationship between those factors are not entirely understood. Predisposition to CHD are variate in different population. In addition, take into consideration entire to date evidence of risk factors, the genesis mechanisms of CHD still can not be well explained. Obviously, further researches should focus on both defining new factors and understanding complicate relations between defined factors.Resent years, several studies have suggested that insulin resistance(IR) is an independent risk factor for CHD.
