Studies On HFRSV Receptors

The binding of a virus to its corresponding receptor is the initial event of viral infection. Studies on virus receptor are therefore very important both for the search of new anti-viral reagents and for understanding pathogenesis of viral infections.In the present investigation, methodologies for detection of HFRSV receptor were established, and we performed studies of HFRSV receptors in the following aspects.1. Utilizing ¹²⁰I- label led protein A in combination with purified anti-HFRSV McAb , immunological analyses method for defecting HFRSV receptors was established, whose specificity was verified by various control experiment.
