Hemorrhagic Fever with Renal Syndrome ( HFRS ) is a worldwide acute infectious disease with high incedince and mortality. Since Hantavirus was separated in 1978 , a greater progress has been made on the aetiology , serology and epidemology of HFRS. In the thesis and on the base of Jerne's network, theory, anti-idiotypic antibodies to HFRS virus and antibodies to cross-reactive antigens on HFRS virus antibodies ( Ab1 ) were studied for the development of antibodies which were able to be applied in the immunologicai diagosis and prevantion of HFRS .
