Acute myocardial infarction (AMI) is one of serious disease that harms human health. Mature cardiummyocytes are terminally differentiated cells and if once injured, can only be replaced by noncontractile, fibrous scar tissue. The loss of contractile cells will make congestive heart failure and even lead to death. Cell transplantation is becoming recognized as a important strategy to strengthen weak hearts and limit infarct growth. Nowadays, investigator put forword a measure to solve this problem on Mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs). They use MSCs transplantation to replace damaged cardiomyocytes, increase the number of cardiomyocytes, then to repair myocardium, improve cardiac function and decrease fatality rate. So we have a new choice to treat MI. The materials of bone marrow stem cells are drawn conveniently, easy isolated and purified to gain Mesenchymal stem cells, so this characteristic make MSCs become replace damaged cardiomyocytes, increase the number of cardiomyocytes, then to repair myocardium, improve cardiac function and decrease fatality rate. So we have a new choice to treat MI.Today Mesenchymal stem cells treatment acute myocardial infarction is still experimented in laboratory, although Recent reports have highlighted evidence on the existence of cardiac cell renewal in diseased heart and repair myocardium, improve cardiac function and change of cardiac structure after transplantation. However, enhanced incidence of arrhythmias in patients who received cardiac implantation of bone marrow stem cells has not been noted, although such risk cannot be excluded. For this reasons ion channels can be important functional markers of cardiac differentiation. The expression of connexin 43(Cx43, the main connective protein of heart) had not been found...
