Part One BackgroudAlzheimer's disease (AD) is a degenerative neuropathy characterized by mental retardation, but its etiology and its mechanism are not clear. Most of the scholars think that genetics, metabolism, and environment involve in the disease. Currently available therapeutic interventions are mainly aimed at alleviating the cholinergic deficits. Unfortunately, these strategies do not prevent the disease, but instead offer limited symptomatic improvement. Previous research emphasized on formation mechanism and prevention of AD, payed less attention to structure and functional changes in functional recovery of neuron in AD progress. Saving neuronal viability is a not only pivotal but also troublesome problem in the field of clinical treatment of AD.Since Reynolds et.al.found neural stem cells (NSCs) in the striatum of rat at first in 1992 and proved that it could reproduce neurons continuously and the procedure last for lifetime, the stem cells treatment have been accepted gradually and now some achivements have been gotten in treating Parkinson's disease (PD). The transplantation of NSCs is tried to treat AD as a new method to treat the disease. At present there is a few of labs conducting the research of NSCs transplantation, but there is few of report about the test researches of AD with NSCs transplantation domestically. We established the model of AD by cutting off the fimbria hippocampi,...
