This study has three parts: In the first part we constructed the orthotopic livertransplantation model in rat based on Kamada's cuff-method with some modifications. In the second part we identified the morphological changes of splenic tissue allotransplantation after experimental operation at different time. In the third part to investigate the promotion of microchimerism and allografttolerance in orthotopic allogeneic liver transplant recipients by allogeneic spleen transplantation and its immnological mechanism, BN recipients, received allogeneic spleen tissue transplantation, were performed orthotopic allogeneic liver transplatation followed with low-dose FK-506 therapy.
