Study On Physicochemical Properties And Immunity Globulin (IgG) Of Saanen Goat Colostrums

Abstract: The purpose of this article is to exploit a new food resource, separate it's functional compositions, study physicochemical properties and estimate their function of these composition. The article analyzed and appraised Saanen goat colostrums on contents, composition and nutritional value of mineral elements, amino acids, lipid, protein, by ICP, amino acid automatic machine, GC, agar gel immunodiffusion, SDS-PAGE, animal test. The article also researched content, extraction, isolation, stability, antibacterial effect and biological function of Immunity Globulin (IgG) in Saanen goat colostrums.This paper detected the contents of portents, amino acids, fats, mineral elements. The results showed that there were abundant nutritional values of Saanen goat colostrums; the content of every indexes (except lactose) of first time after parturition (3h) were highest, dry matter contents were 21.32%, the ash contents were 1.57%, protein contents were 10.24%, IgG contents were 72.01 mg/mL, fat contents were 7.73%, the contents of dry matter, ash, protein and fat decreased with the prolong of lactation; the average IgG contents were 27% of total protein, the total contents of 17 amino acids were 5796.6mg/100mL, average contents were 340mg/100mL, the total contents of 7 essential amino acids were 2358.6mg/100mL, average contents were 336.94mg/100mL, the ratios of 7 essential amino acids to total amino acids were 40.69%. Saanen goat colostrums had abundant saturated fatty acid, the contents of saturated fatty acid were 75.21% of fatty acids, lower fatty acid (C₈⁰, C₁₀⁰) contents were 19.84% of saturated fatty acid; There were rich mineral elements, the contents of Ca, Mg, P, Zn, Fe were very high, the contents of Cu, Fe, Mn, Mo, Ni, Zn, Se, Sn, Cr, Al, Li, Co were also high, the contents of poisonous and harmful elements such asCd, As, Pb, Hg were very low.This paper evaluated protein nutritional value of Saanen goat colostrums by FAO/WHO protein standard pattern. The results showed that the protein of Saanen goat colostrums was a high quality food resource, with good exploiting prospect, the indexes of amino acid was corresponding with the protein standard of FAO/WHO.This paper firstly studied the physicochemical properties of Saanen goat...
