The DNA mciroarray is a chip of silicon, glass or a plastic on that immoblied some gene probe. After sample is hybridized to the microarray, the information of the sample could be collect and process by computer. By the mean time, the technique have reported in the gene expression analysis, new gene discovery, gene mutation detection, SNP analysis, DNA re-sequence and diagnosis.In China, there are 120 million hepatitis B virus carriers, and 15 million patients with hepatitis C. The ELASA is the major detection method for antigen or antibody of the hepatitis virus. Because immunity resistant should lag of the antigen, the virus antibody diagnosis is behind of the virus gene detection. On the other hand, the genotype and mutation detection stand on the costly and complex nucleotide sequencing.We develop a new diagnosis for the hepatitis virus detection based on the microarry. We searched the gene data form the NCBI web site. We designed the primers and probes for the HBV and HCV gene amplification and hybridization. The hepatitis diagnosis microarry is made by the immobilized probes. There are some advantages on the clinic diagnosis microarray technique, time saving, sensitivity and costless when we detection hepatitis virus gene from the clinic serum or liver tissue sample. On the same time we get the genotype and mutation information in the one peace of microarray. With less of the operator influence, we developed a new type of instrument in that could finished the gene amplification, hybridization and fluorescence detection.
