Movement training is an important method to improve the physical quality, and trains with different modes and intensity have different influence to the organism. The unreasonable movement training can even lead to the damage. Along with more and more high tech instrument utilized in the war, requirement for army soldier physical ability also rise. Many training items with high intensity and high degree of difficulty begin to be performed in the basic military training. These trainings can certainly contribute to enhancement of soldiers' physical ability, but simultaneously, these repeatedly high-intensity load-bearing trainings probably are the main reason to lead to the high injury rate in army soldiers. Most of the military training related injuries occur in the knee joint or below it, and the casualty rate and the consumption of military training expense caused by these diseases are remarkable. The overuse injury of knee cartilage is especially common in the military training, it is induced mainly by arranging movement training with unreasonable intensity as well as lengthening the training time.
