ObjectiveTo evaluate the efficacy of type ? collagen implantation and micro fractal surgery in the treatment of knee cartilage injury. We hope it can provide certain clinical data and experience for the treatment of cartilage damage.MethodsWe selected 16 patients who were diagnosed with knee articular cartilage injury at the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine during 2015.6-2016.9,rated as Outerbridge Standard ?/?-According to clinical manifestations, physical examination, laboratory tests, imaging studies, these cases have been clearly diagnosed and meet the inclusion criteria. The patients were randomly divided into treatment group(type ? collagen implantation matrix implantation)and control group(micro fractures),each group of 8 people. The average age was 34.75 ± 14.70 years(18-54 years),the average weight was 70.06 ± 10.51 years(54-83kg);of which the treatment of right knee in 11 cases,5 cases of left knee;cartilage The degree of injury,? degree injury in 3 cases,? degree of injury in 13 cases. The treatment group(collagen group)was treated with type ? collagen implantation matrix implantation, and the control group(micro fractures group)was treated with micro fractures. The knee joint function and knee cartilage repair were evaluated by the knee joint IKDC score, the Lysholm score and the NMR MOCART score, respectively, before treatment,3 months after treatment and 6 months after treatment. The data of the two sets of data were compared with the independent sample t test, the count data were compared with x 2 test;all the study data were entered and processed by SPSS 23.0 software.ResultsBefore the treatment, the IKDC score of the treatment group(collagen group)was 41.675 ± 5.457,the Lysholm score was 56.25 ± 5.571,the MOCART score was 36.25±5.175;the IKDC score of the control group was 38.550 ± 3.446,the Lysholm score was 48.38 ± 10.743 and the MOCART score was 34.38 ±6.232.Three months after the treatment,The IKDC score was 43.60 ± 7.788 in the treatment group and the Lysholm score was 62.25 ±11.597,and then the IKDC score was 42.525 ± 4.812 in the control group and 59.38 ± 15.528 in the Lysholm score.Six months after the treatment the IKDC score of the treatment group was 52.738 ± 7.065,the Lysholm score was 79.88±9.387,the MOCART score was 59.38 ± 5.630.In the control group, the IKDC score was 43.963 ± 4.648,the Lysholm score was 64.00± 17.221,The MOCART score was 47.50 ± 5.976.Before the study, there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P=0.135?P=0.707?P=0.523).There was a significant difference in the IKDC scores between the treatment group and the control group(P = 0.003,P = 0.007).There was a significant difference in the Lysholm score between the treatment group and the control group(P = 0.000,P = 0.047);MOCART scores were also statistically different(P = 0.000,P = 0.000).There was no significant difference(P=0.745?P=0.681)in IKDC score and Lysholm score at 3 months after treatment. There were significant differences(P=0.007?P=0.004?P=0.001)in IKDC score,Lysholm score and MOCART score between the treatment group and the control group at 6 months after treatment.ConclusionType I collagen implantation and microfracture in the treatment of knee cartilage injury in improving knee function and to help cartilage repair has a clear clinical efficacy.Through this comparison we also know that type I collagen implantation matrix implantation surgery is more effective than micro fractures...
