Experiment Research On Formula Of Nourishing Kidney Delaying The Premature Ovarian Failure (POF) Of Menopausal Big Rats

Aim:To study the mechanism of the premature ovarian failure on the cellular and molecular level by establishing menopausal animal models, and try to detect the functional mechanism and pharmaceutical effects that how the Formula of Nourishing kidney cured menopausal premature ovarian failure.Methods:To certify the models successfully by the method of vaginal smears by 50 female big rats aging ll-12months. These big rats were divided stochastic into model group, control group, high dosage of Formula of Nourishing kidney group, middle dosage of Formula of Nourishing kidney group, low dosage of Formula of Nourishing kidney group, 10 big rats in each group. The control group was given six flavors formula.
