Clinical Studies Of The Black Turtle Oral Treatment Of Premature Ovarian Failure

Premature ovarian failure is a uncommon disease and its mechanism still is not clear.The treatment of Premature ovarian failure is difficult. This research review the Chinese and Western medical literature about Premature ovarian failure, presented the treatment. The study aims to investigate the regulated role of Wubie decoction in premature ovarian failure.Twenty-one cases were divided randomly into the treated group(12cases,treated with Wubie decoction) and the controlled group(9cases,treated with E-P).The change of symptom and the serum FSH and E2 were observed.It showed that the total effective rates are 83.3% and 88.9% respectively, the treated group was preference in the change of symptom.The concentrations of FSH and E2 of treated group* and controlled group** were both greatly changed(* P<0.05, **P<0.01).From the study,we can conclude that Wubie decoction is a safe and effective medicine to treat the premature ovarian failure,improve the clinical symptoms and signs obviously.
