Objective:Tripterygium wilfordii tablets orally method to establish SD rat model of premature ovarian failure and to explore the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine to Jiajian Yulin Soup in treating premature ovarian failure.Method:60 female SD rats were randomly divided into blank control group (n=10) and model group (n=50).Among them:the blank control group:normal feeding and not any drug interference; the model group:tripterygium glycosides tablet,50mg/kg/D, oral gavage, and establishment of premature ovarian failure model. After modeling, the 50 SD premature ovarian failure rats and divided randomly according to stratified by body weight for five groups, model control group, the Jiajian Yulin Soup high dose group, the Jiajian Yulin Soup middle dose group, the Jiajian Yulin Soup low dose group, progynova group, with 10 rats in each group.Method of drug the Jiajian Yulin Soup high, medium and low dose group were treated with 24g/kg and 12 g/kg, three doses of 6G/kg gavage,1 times a day, continuous intragastric 4 weeks, weekly stop gavage 1 day; progynova group, giving progynova 0.12mg/kg gavage,1 times a day, continuous intragastric 4 weeks, weekly stop gavage 1 day; blank control group and model control group, given saline 3 ml/kg gavage,1 times a day, continuous intragastric 4 weeks, cessation of weekly intragastric administration of 1 day.The observation index of the abdominal aorta in SD rats FSH, LH, E2 of the ovarian index; detection; the observation of ovarian morphology.Result:(1)The weight of SD rats:comparison of two two groups, there was no statistically significant difference (P> 0.05).(2)The ovary index compared with the model compared to the control group, Chinese medicine dose group ovarian index increased significantly, the difference is statistically significant (P< 0.05);Compared with the progynova group and the middle dose of traditional Chinese medicine group, the ovary index, the difference is statistically significant (P< 0.05); the comparison between different groups of Chinese herbs, Chinese medicine middle dose group and high dose of Chinese medicine group compared to ovarian index increased, the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05). (3) The serum FSH, LH, E2:In comparison with FSH, compared with model group, the progynova group decreased significantly (P< 0.05), Jiajian Yulin Soup high dose group than in the model group decreased, the difference is statistically significant (P< 0.05). The Jiajian Yulin Soup groups FSH values were higher than the western medicine group, only low group and progynova group, the difference has statistical significance (P< 0.05).LH compared to the progynova group was significantly lower than the model group (P< 0.05), compared with the model group, the low dose group was significantly lower (P< 0.05). The LH values of the traditional Chinese medicine group were higher than that of the progynova group, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05).E2 compared with model compared to the control group, progynova group, the serum E2 increased significantly (P< 0.05), traditional Chinese medicine serum E2 dose group increased (P< 0.05), low dose of Chinese medicine group, the serum E2 increased (P< 0.05); compared with the progynova group, each value is low, but no statistical significance (P> 0.05); traditional Chinese medicine group, Chinese medicine dose group higher than high dose of Chinese medicine group, the difference is statistically significant (P< 0.05).(4)The ovarian tissue morphology:light microscope observation of rat ovarian tissue, significantly reduced the ovary of rats in the model group the growth of follicle and corpus luteum. Chinese medicine group rats ovarian tissue growth follicles than in model group increased significantly, large volume of the corpus luteum, follicular atresia less.Conclusion:1. Jiajian Yulin Soup can increase the premature ovarian failure rat ovarian wet weight, increase the ovarian index.2. Jiajian Yulin Soup can reduce FSH, LH value, improve the estrogen, improve hormone level, the effect of low dose group.3. Jiajian Yulin Soup can promote premature ovarian failure rat follicle growth and repair, thus improving ovarian function to treatment of premature ovarian failure.
