Part Ⅰ gene expression profiles using micriarrayLeptospirosis is an emerging zoonosis of worldwide, caused by pathogenic leptospires. Human infection results from directly of indirectly contact with the contaminated urine of infected animals. The symptoms of leptospirosis are fever, headache, chills, fatique, lymphnodemegaly and apparent muscles pain. In many severe cases, fatal pulmonary hemorrhage, jaundice, meningitis and nephritic exhaustion may occur.Two genomic sequence of L. interrogans serovar Lai and L. interrogans serovar Copenhageni have been released. Arrays of whole L. interrogans genome PCR products were based on the sequenced genomes of Leptospira interrogans serogroup Icterohaemorrhagiae serovar lai type strain #56601. Of 4,727 total predicted genes, 3700 were incorporated (excluding the 1027 ORFs that are unique or are 150 bp or less in length). Of these 3700 gene, 3528 ORFs were correctly amplified.
