By using nonlinear methods to study Yin Yang, the Five elements and pulse diagnosis signals, we come to the conclusion that TCM diagnosis systems follow the same natural law - Fractal. This is the reason why, through TCM, a diagnosis can be made on different parts of the body, such as the tongue, pulse, face, ears, feet, hands, and other parts of the body.Yin Yang and the Five Elements have a very special relationship, there is Yin in the Yang and there is Yang in the Yin. The Five Elements are a fractal in relation to Yin Yang. Based on this relationship, we discover the CHINESE FRACTALS.The Yin Yang relationship and the Five Elements form the Chinese Fractals. The Chinese Fractals simplify complicated TCM theory and diagnosis systems and makes it easier to understand. The Chinese Fractals can also easily explain how to use different diagnosis methods and even solve the conflicts among different methods.TCM is based on the Yin Yang theory. Yin Yang comes from YiJing. It is the YiJing that forms the philosophical concept and methodology of TCM, and it has the concept of the similarity between the universe and the human body. For the universe normal means smooth moving, in the body normal means a balance between Yin and Yang.For the purpose of deeply understanding how TCM, this ancient system, works, our research combines"the Yellow Emperor's Classic of internal Medicine"(also know as the Neijing), the base of TCM, with modern systematic theory, which compliment each other. Through the use of the Neijing, the body system can be explained and through systematic theory language the systematic characteristics of the Neijing can be explained. This is the first study with an analysis of the Neijing in relation to systematic theory and methods, and it shows that pulse diagnosis signal has nonlinear, fractal, chaotic characteristics and has strange attract in phase space.The strange attract can present states of health. The dynamic track of the pulse diagnosis signal in phase space which form the strange attract, the more self similarity shows the better the health is. The strange attract can be meaningful to a doctor's brain imaging when reading a pulse. The results also show TCM is the most complicated medicine system. Diagnosis system of TCM is a complex system that represents how nature works in a scientific and systematic way.Actually TCM is the theory about stay in health and keep longevity. Modern Medicine deals with healing disease, TCM provides the practical means in preventing disease just by balance Yin Yang.This research provides a simple way for people to maintain a YinYang balance. From the pulse dynamic track in phase space, one can easily learn the relationship between health and emotions and how to control one's emotions. Through monitoring pulse diagnosis signal, you can find out what is happening in your body and you can detect the body's reaction to different emotional activities. This provides a convenient way to prevent cardiovascular, mental, in fact all stress related health issues.As a result, we give new concepts about self health management.
