Purpose:To investigate on the difference of bronchial imageology between benign lesion and malignant lesion with MSCT and pathology control study on the bronchial changes of solitary pulmonary lesions. Methods: 154 patients with solitary pulmonary lesions were scaned using MSCT, and lesions were reconstructed in order to display the relationship between bronchus and solitary pulmonary lesion; CT and pathology control study was done on 40 cases. Results:⑴There was relatively high consistency between CT bronchial signs and pathological findings;⑵Bronchial cutoff rate in malignant lesion(49.5%) was markedly higher than that in benign lesion(23.8%) (P﹤0.05), typeⅠand typeⅡair bronchogram had higher frequency in malignant lesion than these in benign lesion, but typeⅣin benign lesion was more common than that in malignant lesion (P﹤0.05). the focal thickening in malignancy was markedly higher than its in benign , whereas the extensive thickening in benign is more common(P﹤0.05);⑶Bronchial abnormality among bronchial tuberculosis was more extensive than that among central lung cancer(P﹤0.05), Smooth bronchial lumen is common in lung cancer, whereas coarse bronchial lumen is common in tuberculosis(P<0.05).Conclusion: CT bronchial signs are important in differentiating benign lesion and malignant lesion.
