The Experimental Study On Treating Cardiac Arrhythmia And Unstable Angina By Yangxin Grain

Objective: observing the effect of Yangxin Decoction on the rabbit pathologic and changes of myocardium and NO,NOS and VEC,and the effect of Yangxin Grain on Na~+channel of heart cell on CHD celerity arrhythmia model, which maybe the mechanisms of Yangxin Grain on treating unstable angina and CHD celerity arrhythemia .offer science basis for clinic application .Methods: Take the rabbit myocardial ischemia model by ballon dilate causing artery atheromatous plaque reduced by high fat diet to be unstable ;CHD celerity arrhythmia rabbit models established by high fat and mainlining adrenalin ;Taking the HPLC method,choosing the better time to the VEC.Results: Take the rabbit myocardial ischemia model by ballon dilate causing artery atheromatous plaque reduced by high fat diet to be unstable, which is similart to pathologic change of human unstable angina. Yangxin can changes of myocardium and NO,NOS and VEC; CHD celerity arrhythmia rabbit models established by high fat and mainlining adrenalin, it is close to human beings arrhythmia, and Yangxin Grain can reduce the current of Na~+ channel descend ,the difference has statistics meaning.Conclusion: The study results indicate that Yangxin Decoction has the function of anti-arteriosclerosis and stable rtery atheromatous plaque.It can improve pathologic and ultrastructural changes of myocardium and NO,NOS and VEC, that Yangxin Grain can reduce the current of Na~+ channel descend .These are the the mechanisms of Yangxin Grain on treating unstable angina and CHD celerity arrhythemia .
