The Experimental Study On NO Content In Treating Arrhythmia And Of Coronary Atherosclerotic Heart Disease Of Rabbits Model By Yangxin Granule

Objective: Observing the effects of Yangxin granule on Plasma NO content on CHD celerity arrhythmia model , to investigate the mechanism of prevention and cure CHD celerity arrhythmia and offer science basis for clinic application.Methods: CHD celerity arrhythmia rabbit models established by high fat and mainlining adrenalin were divided randomly into model group, Yangxin granule threat group, Yangxin granule prevention group, Amiodarone threat group. Other 7 natural rabbits were comparison group. Then observe NO and TCX,TG content.Results: Compared with comparison group, model group , Yangxin granule group and Amiodarone thread group show that plasma NO content decreased, the different has statistics meaning (p<0.05). Compared with model group, Yangxin granule group show that plasma NO contend raised, the difference has statistics meaning (p<0.05). Compared with comparison group, model group show that appearing time of arrhythmia shorten, resuming time prolong, TC and TG obviously rise, the difference has statistics meaning. Compared with model group, Yangxin granule threat group, Yangxin granule prevention group and Amiodarone threat group show that appearing time of arrhythmia prolong, duration shorten, the difference has statistics meaning; Yangxin granule prevention group show that TC, TG decent, the difference has statistics meaning.Conclusion: CHD celerity arrhythmia model copied by high fat and mainlining adrenalin is close to human being's arrhythmia. Yangxin granule made by the method of replenish Qi, recuperate heart could increase the synthesis of NO content thus improve endothelial cell function,this's maybe its mechanism of prevention and cure CHD celerity arrhythmia.
