Clinical Observation Of Yangxin Huayu Decoction In The Treatment Of Unstable Angina Pectoris Of Coronary Heart Disease With Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Yangxin Huayu Decoction in the treatment of coronary heart disease unstable angina pectoris with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Methods: Seventy-two patients with unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease in our hospital from September 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into control group(n = 36)and treatment group(n = 36).The two groups were treated with conventional western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with Yangxin Huayu Decoction.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The changes of angina pectoris,TCM syndrome score,nitroglycerin withdrawal rate,blood lipids(TC,TG,LDL-c),C-reactive protein(CRP),and interleukin-6 levels were observed before and after treatment in the two groups.Results:1.In terms of the efficacy of angina pectoris,after treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.44 %,which was higher than that of the control group(80.56 %),P = 0.023 < 0.05.The total effective rate of angina pectoris in the treatment group was significantly increased,and the difference was statistically significant.2.In terms of TCM syndrome scores,after treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups decreased(P < 0.01),and the treatment group was higher than the control group(P < 0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group(80.56 %)was higher than that of the control group(44.44 %)(P < 0.01).The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.3.In terms of nitroglycerin withdrawal rate,after treatment,the utilization rate of nitroglycerin in the two groups was significantly decreased(P < 0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.The total effective rate of nitroglycerin withdrawal rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P< 0.05).4.In terms of blood lipids,the levels of TC,TG and LDL-c in the two groups decreased after treatment(P < 0.05),and the decrease of blood lipids in the treatment group was greater(P < 0.05).5.In terms of serum inflammatory indexes,after treatment,CRP and IL-6 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P < 0.01),and the decrease in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).6.Safety evaluation : No serious adverse events or obvious adverse reactions were found in both groups during treatment.Conclusion: The combination of Yangxin Huayu decoction and conventional Western medicine in treating patients with UAP QI deficiency and blood stasis syndrome can significantly increase the curative effect of Angina Pectoris,decrease the rate of Nitroglycerin,and effectively reduce the levels of blood lipids(TC,TG,LDL-c),CRP and IL-6,the overall clinical effect is significantly better than the use of conventional Western medicine.No obvious side effects,high safety,worthy of further promotion.
