The objective of this experiment were:1. To understand the relation of GR and postischemia injury in liver. 2. To observe the effect of regimen of GS combing with Dex to prevent the syndrome of TACE. 3. To discuss the machanism of GS could strengthen the biological effect of GC. Some methods were adopted. To observe the liver function after GR blocked. To observe the conditions after TACE.To observe and analysis the diference among groups the liver GR mRNA,GR Bmax and so on. The results of this experiment showed:1.The higher the degree of the GR blocked, the more the hepatic function deteriorated. 2. Dex combining GS could not only inhibit nausea and vomiting, fever and reduce duration of symptom and relieving marrow depression, but also improve hepatic function. 3. The regimen of combining GS with Dex could improve GR mRNA,GR Bmax and reduce serum enzyme and inflammatory reaction of tissues 12 hours after common hepatic artery ligation of rat. The conclusion are: 1. The decrease of GR could aggravate postischemia hepatic injury, degree of hepatic injury has positive correaltion to decrease of GR. 2. Regimen of GS combing with Dex can prevent the complication of TACE and obviously protect hepatic function. 3. GS can strengthen the prevention of Dex on postischemia hepatic cell in rat. 4.GS could strengthen biological effect of GC by increasing GR Bmax amd expression of GR mRNA and refraining release of some inflammatory factors.
