Results:①There was significant difference in UA ofEPS between study group and control group(p＜0.05).②There was significantdifference in CPSI-P and UA before and after treatment in study group(p＜0.05).(4) Clinical study with Huafenqinutong and Prostat for treatment of CNPTo evaluate the efficacy and safety of Huafenqinutong and Prostat in thetreatment of chronic nonbacterial prostatitis(CNP).Methods: A total of 86 CNPpatients were enrolled in the trial.Results: After 4-weeks therapy, the total effectiverate was 93.75%.No adverse reaction associated with medication was observed.(5) Effect of HuaFenQiNu Decoction Local Immunity in Chronic nonbacterialProstatitsTo investigate the mechanism of HuaFenQiNu Decoction on chronicnonbacterial prostatitis.MethodsThe pathological models of chronic nonbacterialprostatitis was established by injecting carrageenan into the rat's prostate.And themodel was respectively treated with HuaFenQiNu Decoction treatment group andqianlieantong control group to observe its effect.The immunity in the rat'sprostate(SIgA and IL-8) was examined by IR and ELISA. Results As compared thetreatment of HuaFenQiNu Decoction on CNP model with the model control group,there was significant differences (P＜0.05) in the level of SIgA and IL-8 between thetwo groups.3 Conclusion:(1)HuaFenQiNu decoction made by some Traditional Chinese Medicine which have thefunction of promoting blood circulation by removing blood stasis and replenishing Qi is theefficiency prescription to cure CNP.Deficiency of Qi and stagnation of blood are the important pathogenesis of CNP.And Reinforcing Qi and promoting blood circulation by removing bloodstasis are the important treatments to cure CNP.(2) PSA is one of the index of diagnosing and judging curative effect index ofCP.Treatment with HuaFenQiNu Decoction can reduce significantly Serum PSAvalues.(3) There is a close relationship between the CNP and UA of EPS. Treatmentwith HuaFenQiNu Decoction can reduce the UA of EPS level and relieve the clinicalsymptom of paticnts with CNP.(4) Huafenqinutong is effective and safe in relieving the subjective symptomsand improving the objective evaluation in the treatment of CNP patients with Prostatinhibitor.(5) HuaFenQiNu Decoction may markedly improve the local immunity in CNPmodel of rat's prostate.It has the effects of repairing prostatic tissue, and alleviatingmesenchymal inflammatory reaction. The effect of HuaFenQiNu Decoction regulatethe local immunity in the rats' prostatemay be its mechanism in the treatment of CNP.
