Chinese Medicine Treatment Of Chronic Prostatitis (blood Stasis), And Uric Acid-related Research

Purpose: In order to assess Qian Lie Tong Lin Decoction 's effect of treatmentfor treating the asthenia type of qi stagnancy and blood stasis type treatment result and prove the Uric acid in EPS whether can become the chronic prostatitis's diagnosis targetMaterial and method: 40 cases of Chronic Prostatitis which accorded withthe diagnostic standards of TCM and WM and belong to the asthenia type of qi stagnancy and blood stasis type were randomly divided into experimental group(20 cases.treated with Qian Lie Tong Lin Decoction, a traditional Chinese drug )and contrast group(20 cases, treated with Qian Lie Tong Yu capsule). Both of the patients in the two groups 8 weeks as a course. Before the treatment and Post-treatment Determination , Observe WBC , lecithin microsome density and Uric Acid of prostatic fluid, and the Changes of clinicalsymptoms and Color Doppler Ultrasound, and to assess the effect of treatment.Results:1 Treated with Qian Lie Tong Lin Decoction , after 8 weeks, There were 1 cases of basic recovery,5 cases of marked effect, 9 cases of effective and 5 cases remained unchanged .Total efficiency was 75% Treated with Qian Lie Tong Yu capsule , after 8 weeks, There were 0 cases of basic recovery, 3 cases of marked effect, 10 cases of effective and 7 cases remained unchanged , Total efficiency was 65% .Both of two drug got satisfactory effects, but Qian Lie Tong Lin Decoction stronger than that Qian Lie Tong Yu capsule in improve clinical symptoms , reduced number of WBC and Uric acid of prostatic fluid, It may be regarded as an better choice for Chronic Prostatitis (type of qi stagnancy and blood stasis )2. Before the treatment and Post-treatment Determination, There was a significantly positive correlation between WBC and lecithin microsome density of prostatic fluid, the Changes of NIH—CPSI and Uric Acid of prostatic fluid.Conclusion:1. the Uric acid in EPS and the present prostatitis evaluating indicator has the very good relevance, May take the chronic prostatitis's conventional examination target.2.
