Objective:The change of patients with chronic prostatitis in patients with immunoglobulin and T cell subgroups (CD4+, CD8+, CD4+/CD8+) difference before and after treatment, to explore its clinical significance.Method:The Cases from January 2014-December 2014 Patients with chronic prostatitis to Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region People’s Hospital for treatment (64), The present experiment was divided into two parts, The first part is an immunoglobulin group (31) Example, Another part of the sub-group T (33) Example, The use of anticoagulation blood collection tubes to collect outpatient blood before treatment, And while take NIH-CPSI score and record in outpatient, Flow cytometry were analyzed serum of 33 patients and recorded the results, Applications BN Ⅱ automatic protein analyzer were analyzed of serum 31 patients, recorded the results. Patients were followed up a month, A month later outpatient referral, collecting blood Again in outpatient, and record the results. Data were analyzed using statistical software spss17.0Result:the results of Immunoglobulin group IgA, IgM and IgG, before treatment are:2.69±1.13,1.28±0.56,12.8±2.56;the results after treatment are: 2.49±0.8,1.24±0.44,13±2.09;Three sets of data P> 0.05, the NIH-CPSI score before and after treatment respectively:23.03±7.17,17.1±6.14, P<0.05 there was no significant difference. The results of T cell subgroups before treatment in patients with CD4+, CD8+, CD4+/CD8+are:49.8±9.1、42.87±7.4、 1.23±0.43;The results after treatment, respectively is:48.37±9.08、43.57±7.65、 1.18±0.45 compared before and after treatment results of CD8+ there was no significant difference (P> 0.05), CD4+, CD4+/CD8+P<0.05 was statistically significant, the results of NIH-CPSI score before and after treatment as follows:21.58±6.47、14.55±5.62, P<0.05 significant difference.CD4+ and NIH-CPSI NIH scoring the Spearman correlation coefficient of γ:0.352, p:0.044.CD4+/CD8+and NIH-CPSI NIH scoring the Spearmanl correlation coefficient of γ:0.383, p:0.028Conclusion:Possible treatment for patients with chronic prostatitis meaning little by detection of human serum immunoglobulin, However, further extended the treatment period and Compare again, The CD4+and CD4+/CD8 +T lymphocytes reduce Most than the front patients treatment, And CD4+, CD4+/CD8+ have correlation with NIH-CPSI,Description T lymphocytes involved in the occurrence of chronic prostatitis, After treatment, Chronic Prostatitis local immune has been adjusted, It may be reduced CD4+cells to prostate tissue inflammatory infiltrate, therefor improving the patient’s symptoms, Therefore, changes in CD4+ T cells may be one of the mechanisms of chronic prostatitis.
