A Study On The Role Of Ideological And Political Work In Closer Relations Between The Party And The Masses

In the 90 years of struggle, the Communist Party of China(CPC) always adhere to the Marxism as guidance, closely around the central task of the Party, maintain close ties with the masses. With a strong cohesion and combat effectiveness, the CPCdefeated all the difficulty during the revolutionary wars, socialist construction and reform and opening up process, realized the independence of the Chinese and the liberation of the people.Because of this, the people always support the leadership of the CPC.In the process of Neighborhood Watching, the CPC and the people formed a close and harmonious situation. Of course, we should also note that the people’s support and endorsement for the CPC is not immutable, but dynamic and historical. With the changes in the environment of the CPC, strengthening the research of the Party-masses Relationshipis an important and urgent task for the ideological and political work. During more than 60 years in power, the CPC stressed all the time that the ideological and political work is the lifeline of all the work, highlightedthe Party organizations’ function of fight fortress, and paid attention to play the role of Ideological and political work in the Party-masses Relationship. But at the same time, the CPC through some "detour", the most prominent is ten years of the Cultural Revolution. In this period, the ideological and political work also met a serious deviation. It not only caused a negative effect on society, but also severely disrupted the Party-masses Relationship. It can be said that form the angle of historical vicissitude, summing up the experiences and lessons of the ideological and political work in closing the Party-masses Relationship is very positive for maintaining close and harmonious relation between the CPC and the people. And this thesis is based on such a sense of responsibility and mission.This paper uses the literature method, dialectical analysis, interest analysis method and interdisciplinary research method, following a logical thinking of raising problems, analyzing problems and solving problems. In this section, the articleintroduces the present state of the domestic and foreign research, the main problems to be solved and the significance of writing the thesis. The first chapter is mainly to provide the theoretical basis for the article.In this chapter, the article respectively analyzes the concept of the party, the people,the ideological and political work, the Party-masses Relationship, sorts outa theoretical basis for the ideological and political work closing the Party-masses Relationship, and analyses the reason why the ideological and political work can play a role in closing the Party-masses Relationship from the causes of contradiction between the Party and the people. The second chapter mainly discusses the core issue of the article.In this chapter, the article looks for the Party and the people’ new change from the historicalevolution of the CPC and the people, and demerits analyses these new change put what new demandsfor the ideological and political work. The third chapter mainly provides experience, lessons and enlightenment for the article. In this chapter, the article summarizes the pros and cons of the historic experience and lessons of the CPC closing the Party-masses Relationship with the ideological and political work, and on this basis, studies enlightenments for the ideological and political work closing the Party-masses Relationship. The fourth chapter is the priority among priorities.In this chapter, the article absorbs and draws the experience, lessons and enlightenment which are discussed in the chapter three, solves the new requirements which are discussed in the chapter two, and describes how to strengthen the ideological and political work’s function in closing the Party-masses Relationship from five aspects.As an important task in the party political society, the research on closing the Party-masses Relationship can promote the development of society and strengthen national security. Using the ideological and political education subject paradigm to research the Party-masses Relationship in the party political society, not only can promote the development of the discipline of ideological and political education, what is more, it also can highlight the value of the ideological and political work in the process of the evolution of human society. Throughout the full text, facing the new requirements and the new challenges,the ideological and political work is to enhance the people to the identity of the Chinese communist party, strengthen the party’s ability of completing the mass work, coordinate the complicated social interest relationsin the new period, strengthen the the party leadership in constructing social organization, innovate the communicating channels between the party and people, etc. Of course, in addition to these five aspects, how to strengthen ideological and political work ‘s study in otherfields is very important, such as the research on the relation between the party,the research on Inter-party relations, and so on. While these studies will be the focus of ideological and political work closing the Party-masses Relationship in the future. If my book could cause more attention and research of this thesis, and developtheParty-masses Relationship in the new period,I think,it should be the value of this article.At present,basing on the domestic and foreign, the Party Central Committee puts forward a series ofmajor deploymentsof strengthening and improving political and ideological work.
