Justice is the issue about value, which can provide a methodology for the interpretation of Marx’s theory of justice, as a object of value philosophy. The structural problem this theory facing is clear in the field of value: Which side this theory stands by, whose interests and necessities it starts from, what judgments and choices about value it makes and the way achieving the value ideality of justice. There are several value subjects probably included in Marx’s theory of justice: First of all, the subject of ” Realistic individual”, from a microcosmic perspective. It achieves the transformation of judging the justice from the abstract concept of the god into being a human, and returns the subjectivity and self-awareness to the human itself in the level about the subject. Besides, it also makes us rethink the nature, the interest, the need, the goal, the mode, the emotion, the will, the ability, the quality of the subject and other factors, the effects about the formation, the structure and the evaluation of the value of justice. Secondly, “ the advanced class”, in the level of society. Marx always hold the standpoint of value which belonged to the proletariat, inspecting the social condition in which this value subject is of capitalist employment relationship, inspiring the proletariat’s awareness of self-liberation by the spiritual weapon of the proletarian revolution, and guiding them to a completely social revolution. Finally, “the social organism”, in the level of state. The subject of justice is the “history-generation” of the particular social production and life style, behind the practical actions of the particular historical civilization. As a “time spirit”, justice is cultivated in the soil of social organism, rooting in the history and facing the future. We can see that the justice which is considered as a value relationship emerges from a historical perspective, and it pursues the free development of the human and the self-achievement, according to the Marx’s theory of justice which is interpreted with a angle of value. It is reflected in the following two aspects according to Marist philosophy: The relationship between humans and the nature in a object-world and the social relationship between people in the field of social history. Studying the reasons which resulted these unjust phenomena would find out the important influences on the double-direction of justice, such as the division of work or other practical factors. From a angle of axiology, exploring Marx’s theory of justice can reach a logical depth and sublimation gradually and show its transcendence and value-realm in its content, standpoint and methodology, by critiquing the justice view of liberalism, bourgeois and t vulgar socialist respectively.Marx’s concept of justice is not just descriptive, it is a normative force, not only in the scientific attitude of analyzing the historical issues, but also in a evaluative way of looking on the value facts in social life, in addition, it also grasps the changes and developments of value problems with a dialectics approach. It is at the back of his descriptions which is towards the unjust facts including the thought of how to overcome and sublate the unjust facts. As a kind of deserved thing, justice should realize the “things” into a labor income, eliminate the unreasonable division of labor, eradicate the private ownership and achieve the social productive relations of the overall justice. As a kind of deserved thing, justice also has the responsibilities of reaching human’s free and all-round development and the political emancipation beyond the bourgeois, overcoming the human’s alienation in the “Community of Freeman” and achieving the complete liberation of the relationship between humans, nature and society.
