Education Characteristics is the major issue and hotspot of current education research. The schoolings in minority areas have special nature and otherness even complexity due to different linguistic cultures, customs and productive lifestyle. To some extent, compared with other schoolings, these features are the powers and sources for the development of education characteristics of minority schoolings.The dissertation, based on internal link between minority cultural heritage and education characteristics of minority schoolings and taking this relation as inspection perspective, selecting Jing nationality in Wanwei village, Dongxing City in Guangxi Province as case study, integrating the theory of culture-adaption and culture-blocking to deeply understand reinterpret the concept of education characteristics and school characteristics. Adopt qualitative research method, participant observation and depth interview and questionnaire survey to do the research with local official and the educational circles and community people. Through studying the inheritance of Jing traditional culture in schooling, its purpose is to probe into the connotation of development of education characteristics for minority schoolings and improve the education quality and meet the student-oriented need in this way thus offer reference for the development of education characteristics for minority schoolings.The research result proves that the local people think the inheritance of minority traditional outstanding culture is the main content of the development of education characteristics of minority schoolings, and the schooling can reflect the characteristics of minority education through inheriting mainstream culture and outstanding minority culture. Besides, the author also find some insufficient of the development of education characteristics for Jing schoolings, which mainly display in the following aspects: the lack of theoretical basis for the local education characteristics,that’s to say,in disorder, attach importance to the facial culture inheritance but make light of individual development; value the protection of solid culture but neglect the development of living culture; guarantee system is not sound and the evaluation system is faceless. The reasons contributed to those are as follows:First, the unsound government guarantee system for the development of education characteristics for minority schoolings lead to the shortage of funds and teachers. Second, the education leadership lack adequate awareness of education characteristics for schoolings and neglect individual development. Third, the government offers schools quite limited autonomy for developing education characteristics. Fourth, the accumulation of the development of education characteristics for minority schoolings. Fifth, the conscious cultural inheritance from community people can not connect with cultural inheritance from schooling. From above, the author integrates the new development background for Jing schools to probe into the influence of cultural inheritance caused by the development of the policy, area,economy and culture in Jing minority area, and analyses the current development, achievement and insufficient and its cause for education characteristics for Jing schoolings in order to put forward a model which is suit for education characteristics for Jing schoolings according to their economy&culture features.The author believes that it is wise to deeply do the research from the macro background(Jing culture)and medium view(community culture) to micro school field. It aims to improve the growth and development for the students from the perspectives of community, family and school in different ways. In some sense, the growth and development for the students is based on community, family and school, combining with each other to form a triune cooperation development pattern, which helps to promote respective personality development for the community, family and school and the common development goals together with each other that’s to say, achieve the goal of student development.On the whole, the aim of studying education characteristics for Jing schoolings is not only to inherit the outstanding minority culture but,in a broad sense, to introduce and develop the teaching method according to the law of growing up for the students in order to produce the maximum benefit for the students.
