| Collaborative innovation is a process that innovative elements play their respective roles in enhancing the efficiency of the basis of its own during the innovation, enhance the efficiency of production and income relying on institutional interaction, and thereby increase the value, which based on collaborative thinking. In2011, at the general assembly that on the100th anniversary of Tsinghua university, president Hu Jintao pointed out that we encourage universities to establish collaborative innovation strategic alliance with research institutions, enterprises to enhance the capability of independent innovation, which will contribute to building an innovation-oriented country. In2012, the ministry of education "2011Plan" was officially launched implemented. The collaborative innovation of industry-university-academy studied in this paper refers to that the enterprises, universities and research institutions to achieve the added value of the common participating subjects through the depth of cooperation, which is around common goals and based on the collaboration of personnel, resources, technology, managements and so on. There is a lot of information needs in the collaborative innovation process of universities, enterprises and scientific research institutions. It is an important issue placed in front of the majority of information workers that how to give high-quality information services to guarantee effective collaborative. This research takes the information guarantee in collaborative innovation as the main line. It has a combination of innovation theory, coordination theory, information theory and knowledge management, user behavior and psychological theory, etc. to study the environment and infrastructure, the information needs and accessing to information, information guarantee system construction of industry-education-academy collaborative innovation. It has built a model of information guarantee platform for industry-education-academy collaborative innovation, and analyzed an information guarantee case of wuhan drug and vaccine technology collaborative innovation center, which has enriched information management and service theory based on the perspective of industry-education-academy collaborative innovation.The full text has about150,000words, which is divided into seven parts, the major contents are as follows:The first part discusses the significance of this topic and the research background. Industry-education-academy collaborative innovation is an inherent requirement of the innovation-oriented country building, and it requires high-quality information resources and services guaranteed in the collaborative process. It has provided a research basis on the information guarantee work oriented to industry-education-academy collaborative innovation.The forth part studies the issues of information guarantee system building meeting to the demand of industry-education-academy collaborative innovation. The sixth part analyzes an information guarantee case of wuhan drug and vaccine technology collaborative innovation center. Firstly it discusses the establishment background of the collaborative innovation center, the information needs of management innovation, technological innovation, knowledge innovation and intellectual property in collaborative process and so on. Then it shows the exploration and practice in information guarantee platform building oriented to industry-education-academy collaborative innovation.
