With the continuous development of China’s innovation system, collaborative innovation is becoming an important form, in which innovation subject is no longer a single subject activity, but with several innovation subject involved in knowledge collaborative. In the process of collaborative innovation, the key factor of success is knowledge management, especially the successful transformation of knowledge.Making the knowledge sticky encountered in knowledge transfer as a starting point, this thesis analyzes the formation process of sticky knowledge under collaborative innovation, then summarizes the influencing factors of knowledge sticky in Industry-Academy-Research collaborative innovation, and extracts five main factors, which are knowledge characteristics, knowledge sender, knowledge recipient, distance and interaction. Based on which, this thesis makes confirmatory analysis of such influencing factors, furthermore, proposes control measures of knowledge sticky in Industry-Academy-Research, and puts forward to the specific solutions, namely creating the suitable system and scenario, establishing knowledge management (sharing, transfer) mechanism, which can provide reference and guidance for weaken knowledge sticky. This thesis uses the combining methods of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, with the current situation of knowledge sticky research in Industry-Academy-Research collaborative innovation, analyzes the influencing factors of knowledge sticky, illustrates how to manage and control knowledge sticky under collaborative innovation, which has a certain theoretical and practical significance.
