Zhu Xi has been teaching for decades,and he has made a great contribution to education,and has written a lot of works."School Tribute and Private Discussion" and "Bailudong Academy Revealed" are two representative works of Zhu Xi.The work contains Zhu Xi's very rich educational thoughts."School Tribute and Private Discuss" is mainly an article by Zhu Xi criticizing and suggesting the shortcomings of the imperial examination system in his later years.It has become an important reference for later generations to reform the imperial examination system.The rules and regulations promulgated in plain text have become a model for later generations.Many of Zhu Xi's educational thoughts and practices are inseparable from the academy.Especially in the case that the development of the official school in the Southern Song Dynasty could not meet the needs of many poor people,the vigorous development of academy education promoted the development and prosperity of education in the Southern Song Dynasty.His endless pursuit of learning,teaching while doing research,influenced many scholars.In the process of continuous accumulation and continuous struggle,Zhu Xi formed an educational thought with his own personal charm.This article mainly conducts an in-depth investigation and analysis of Zhu Xi's educational thought from the theoretical perspective of modern higher education,and strives to systematically and comprehensively summarize Zhu Xi's higher education thought,and provide a reference for the development of modern higher education.The full text has six chapters.The first chapter is mainly about the introduction of the preface of the thesis,such as the reason of the research topic,the analysis of the existing research,the research ideas and methods,and the definition of related concepts.Through this part of the introduction,clarify the theme of the paper,so as to lay the foundation for the analysis of the following chapters.The second chapter mainly introduces Zhu Xi's political,economic,cultural,and social external environment and his internal personal experience of studying,becoming an official,running a school,and pursuing education,which have contributed to the formation of Zhu Xi's educational thoughts.The third chapter mainly introduces the two works from the background,content,and main points of view.Among them,it puts forward a curriculum that abandons utilitarianism,ignores poems and emphasizes scriptures,selects standards not based on officials but based on morality,and advocates a teacher-student relationship that teaches each other.In the teacher-student relationship,it not only attaches importance to the selection of teachers and the improvement of teachers' conduct as a teacher,but also to restrain students' behavior and improve the quality of students' learning.It also advocates mutual consultation and difficult learning between teachers and students.During this period,self-denial,respect for teachers and morality,freedom and openness,tolerance and universal love.The fourth chapter mainly introduces Zhu Xi's higher education mission and curriculum arrangement.The first is the purpose and purpose of higher education,which mainly include the educational philosophy of "Educating people with morals",the educational purpose of advocating "human relations",the university purpose of emphasizing "exhaustiveness",the educational goal of cultivating "sages" and promote the university style of study of "emphasizing morality and advocating freedom";the second is the content of higher education courses,mainly based on the teaching of Confucian classics,the "Four Books" and "Six Classics" as the base of teaching,and history and politics philosophy,art,etc.are supplementary to teaching,and morality and professionalism are the combination of teaching.The fifth chapter mainly introduces Zhu Xi's teaching and management of higher education.There are two aspects in teaching.The first is the teaching model such as the combination of teacher explanations and students' self-study,the combination of in-and extra-curricular and in-and out-of-school,teaching purpose and teaching sequence,and the combination of theory and practice;the second is teaching principles such as teaching students in accordance with their aptitude,teaching in accordance with their aptitude,and inspiring and inducing,Teaching and learning,step by step,combination of doctoral and professional.In terms of management,it is mainly aimed at teaching and administrative management.The sixth chapter mainly refines the modern reference of Zhu Xi's higher education thought.Including the teaching purpose of emphasizing morality,emphasizing practical teaching content,adopting flexible teaching organization forms and diverse teaching methods,fostering a harmonious and symbiotic relationship between teachers and students,and formulating standardized management systems.
