Research On The Collaborative Innovation Mechanism Of Technical Standard Alliance In Emerging Industry

The current competition has upgraded by products, technology competitionto standard competition, mastering the technical standard means that grasp theinitiative in the competition, even the control. The battle of technical standard isparticularly common within the global scope, establishing industrial alliance (i.e.,industrial technology standard alliance) based on the technical standard hasbecome the main mode of development of important technical standard inemerging industry. Therefore, in order to improve the ability of independentinnovation and international competitiveness, how to operate the technicalstandard efficiently through collaborative innovation of technical standardalliance in emerging industry is in urgent need of a set of advanced managementtheory to provide effective support. Thus, under the new period of our country todevelop the industrial technology innovation strategic alliance and independentinnovation in emerging industry, it is of important theoretical and practicalsignificance to build the collaborative innovation mechanism of technicalstandard alliance in emerging industry for the problems exist the innovationmanagement of technical standard alliance in China’s emerging industry.Collaborative innovation mechanism and the mechanism framework oftechnical standard alliance in emerging industry are revealed. Based on theanalysis and comment of related research of technical standard alliance inemerging industry and collaborative innovation home and abroad, the connotation,characteristics, function and structure of technical standard are analyzed. Identifythe key point; put forward the collaborative innovation mechanism and themechanism framework of technical standard alliance in emerging industry.Strategic collaboration mechanism of technical standard alliance in emergingindustry is designed. Based on the analysis of the mechanism compostion and keypoints of strategic collaboration, the index system and method of strategic subject and resource identification are designed, and then the method of collaborationdegree measure is built. After that, the ensuring mechanism of collaboration ofstrategic subject and strategic resource is put forward.Innovation process collaboration mechanism of technical standard alliancein emerging industry and the framework of collaborative innovation processmanagement mechanism are designed, and the dissertation proposes taskdecomposition and resource integration of collaborative innovation, constructscollaborative innovation management methods including the modularmanagement method, platform radiant management method and chainmanagement method. Collaborative innovation implementation mechanism isconstructed combining industry technology roadmap; meanwhile process controlmechanism is designed arounding process, quality, cost and risk.Patent collaboration mechanism of technical standard alliance in emergingindustry is analyzed, and then factors and function way of patent collaboration isidentified. The key influence factors are revealed though questionnaire andregression analysis, and the main point of patent collaboration mechanism isexplicit. At last, patent value evaluation system, filtering rules, licenseschemeand patent license income distribution mechanism are proposed in thischapter.On the above study, take TD indusry alliance for example, the developmenthistory is analyzed using case study method combining qualitative analysis withevolutionary analysis, and the status and questions of the strategic, collaborationprocess collaboration and patent collaboration in TD alliance are summarized inall. At the same time, three aspects of mechanism optimization strategy are putforward; all of these are improving the innovation efficience of TD alliance andsupporting mechanism and policy of alliance development.This dissertation reveals collaboration innovation mechanism of technicalstandard alliance in emerging industry, designs collaboration innovationmechanism systerm and takes TD industy allicance of example. With advancedtheoretical and scientific method, it is useful for increasing innovation efficencyand level of emerging industry technical standard alliance, accelerating thetechnical standard process and improving globe competition of emerging industry.
