In the fierce competitive market conditions, the oil companies’ efficiency and effectiveness are decided not only by the reserves, exploration and development of technology but also by the human resources management. Human resource, an important element of the oil companies, is directly related to the performance of the production, development and competitiveness. Existing theoretical research focused on the evaluation and motivation methods of the performance of employees, ignoring the influence of employment and integration. On the basis of existing research results, supposing employment and integration are positively correlated with organization value fit, focused on the employees and pre-entry process of adaptation, built up the structural equation modeling of organization value fit, employment and integration.On the basis of existing research results, build a relationship model of variables, combined with industry characteristics of oil companies. The relationship of organization value fit, employment and integration, and the relationship of organization value fit at different latitudes, employment and integration have been studied. The study shows that employment, integration, organization value fit, job satisfaction, job performance and turnover intention are related, and shows that employment and integration are very important to the oil company. The study also enrich and expand the scope of human resource management.
