Human resource, particularly the managers, is the strategic resource for national economic development as well as the important resource for the enterprise in gaining access to maintain sustainable competitive advantage. Success of business is often from Marketing and failure of business is usually caused by management mechanism. As a result, the managers which are the core force of enterprise management play a decisive role in the success or failure of business. In recent years, the managers change jobs frequently and the loss of this part of staff has become one of the major problems that plagues many companies. Unless the problem is resolved, the current interests and future long-term development of companies will be inevitably affected. In this paper, the author takes some managers in Yunnan as research subject and asked them to complete the questionnaires. Collected information from questionnaires is analyzed through AMOS4.0 and SPSS16.0. By quantitative analysis, this paper explores the relationship of personal - organization fit, job satisfaction and turnover intention to deepen the understanding of turnover intention of the managers and to provide inspiration for attracting and retaining excellent managersThe major conclusions of this study are as follows:1. person - organization fit of the managers in all dimensions has shown a significant negative correlation with turnover intention.2. Both external satisfaction and internal satisfaction of the managers tend to show a significant negative correlation with turnover.3. Values , object and work attitude can predict the internal satisfaction of the managers; resource– opportunity can predict both internal satisfaction and external satisfaction.4. The managers'values and work attitude can predict their turnover intention5. The managers'external satisfaction can predict their turnover intention.. 6. The managers'external satisfaction plays a intermediary role between resource- opportunity and turnover intention.At the end, the conclusion of the study is discussed and then the author puts forward some detailed suggestion for attracting good managers and lowering their turnover intention. All these provide reference for administering the turnover of managers.
