As the main economic pillar in our country, the development for industrial clustersof Real estate industry increase the cooperation of behaviors, and enhance the competi-tiveness of the real estate industry cluster. Therefore, the industry cluster of the real estateindustry dominate the market as a new developing trend and new forces gradually. Basedon the evolutionary game and nonlinear dynamic system method, through the model be-tween the behaviors of industrial clusters, we construct the continuous dynamic systembased on the mutual benefit. By eliciting a multidimensional continuous dynamic systemdiferential equation, proved that when chaos is controlled it will increase the complexityof the system at the same time., thus, both the chaos and hyper-chaos will appear. Thus,we establish the model of the industry cluster based on ecology in the real estate market,and explain the dynamic evolutionary characteristics of the discrete and continuous dy-namics systems of the industry cluster in the real estate market based on ecology. Finally,the intelligent evaluation system of boom for the real estate industry cluster is set up anddynamic prediction model of the cluster is established, which provides the theory basisfor the formation and development of the real estate industry clusters. The main creativework is as follows:First, evolutionary game model of bounded rationality is set up on the basis of bio-logical evolution. The continuous system is established by analyzing the pay gains matrixof the main behaviors of the real estate industry clusters. The efects of changes forparameters on the evolution properties of industrial clusters in the real estate market isanalyzed. From the analysis of stable equilibrium conditions, we get the condition of thestability of the nonlinear dynamic diferential dynamic economy system, and analyzes itseconomic significance. Finally, the dynamic behavioral characteristics and the economicsignificance each parameter represents are analyzed. We obtain the valuable conclusion: the system will produce chaos in a particular parameter range, and has impact on theevolution direction of industrial cluster. in the process of evolution.Second, by establishing multidimensional continuous dynamic system, analyzingthe inherent complexity of dynamic system which join state feedback control variables.Thus, chaos and hyper-chaos appear. The chaotic attractor and hyper-chaotic attractors areobtained by numerical simulation. The process is described from chaos into hyperchaosby analyzing the bifurcation diagram and the lyapunov index in a fixed parameter range.On the basis of the hyperchaos, the linear control is introduced to achieve the secondary control of nonlinear dynamic system, and the idea of control backup is put forward. Basedon ecology theory, the evolution model of industry cluster in the real estate market is setup. By comparative analyzing of discrete and continuous dynamic systems. from theperspective of biological economics, the economics meaning is explained for the industrycluster in the real estate market.Finally, based on the traditional BP neural network and LM algorithm of improvedBP neural network, the model is established for prediction of the boom of real estatemarket. It is concluded that the weighting parameter selection of hidden layer for thetraditional BP neural network will produce the chaos, the system with high complexity.It proved that the LM algorithm can choose its own weight parameters. It has goodefect and the boom of real estate industry cluster value will be more precise.
