| Under economic globalization,E-business and networked background, industrial cluster is with its vigorous vitality,powerful competitiveness and the enormous contribution to economic development. It raises much concern since 1990s. Industrial clusters are geographic concentrations of interconnected companies, specialized suppliers, service providers, firms in related industries, and associated institutions. They are linked together because of having generality with commonness and reciprocal. They form a specialization and cooperation network,upgrade industrial competence and boost the growth of regional economy. However, there are some questions that can't be ignored in development in cluster, if can't solve in time, will have a bad influence on the development of cluster, will even cause the extinction of cluster.Industrial cluster is like an ecosystem, its evolution follows certain rules. The thesis follows the logical points of view to discuss the inbeing of clusters, the evolution drive, the evolution disciplinarian, the content of the cluster and the outside effects. It is meaningful to get the cluster's sustainable development.Based on these reasons, this dissertation firstly summarizes the relevant theories, especially and discusses the running mechanism of clusters. Make an introduction to the budding stage, development, maturity and decline of industrial cluster's life cycle. Introducing various kinds of factors influencing cluster development, pointing out that the normal fluxion of essential is the foundation, study and innovation is the drive of continuous development. Immediately after, it carries on the detailed study towards the decline problem of the cluster and the inside and outside reasons.Secondly, this paper deals with the two impetus mechanism of the evolution of industrial clusters, technology innovation and learning mechanism. Based on analyzing the characteristic of the two impetus and the different modes in cluster's different stage, this paper try to use the evolutionary game theory to analyze the long-term equilibrium of cluster cooperate innovation under boundedly rationality, got the long-term equilibrium of cooperative innovation and knowledge sharing, and the path of promoting the cooperative innovation and knowledge sharing.Then it draws an empirical study on the evolutionary dynamic mechanism of industrial cluster.
