Organization property is the nature and phenomena of overall system in general, which hasan important impact on the organization system,such as the emergence of the organization’smost important or main significance of attributes, characteristics, behavior, structure,mechanism, functional goals, performance of the degree of functional objectives to achieve,and so, which are from the interaction between essential elements, the elements andorganizational systems, and systems and the environment.“Emergence of organizationalsystems property” refers to phenomenon or process mechanism that the various phenomenaquality of the organization system “from scratch”,“from less to more”, which reflects nature ofthe organizational systems.Firstly, five elements of organizational behavior systems have been discussed and defined,which are organizational environment, organizational resources, organizational capacity,organizational mechanisms and organizational performance. Then, the influence factors ofemergence after discussed of organizational resources, of organizational capacity, oforganizational mechanisms, the influence factors of the performance emergence has beendiscussed, which is of the senior quality of organizational system basic property.A set of questionnaires are developed, Based on the organizational environment,organizational resources, organizational capacity, organizational mechanisms andorganizational effectiveness (performance), which are basic elements of the organizationalsystem。Implementation methods were developed of large-scale items questionnaire effectivemeasurement. Through the392small and medium enterprises of a certain scale survey, andrigorous assessment of questionnaire reliability and validity, reliable data obtained. Theprincipal components method being used twice to reduce dimensionality and compress data,each of the three factor score, as the observations of each element, were extracted fororganizational environment, organizational resources, organizational capacity, organizationalmechanisms and organizational performance. By using structural equation modeling analysismethods, rigorous indicators to assess the reasonableness of conditions of parameter estimation,assessment Reliability and validity of the basic measurement model and the overall systemintegrity indicators to assess the structural equation model fitting, and it was found that thetheory of performance emergence of organizational system properties get better support,specific performance are the20assumption are verified. This20assumptions and in-depth analysis found that the direct and indirect effects can be summarized as the followingconclusions:(1) Organizational environment directly affects the emergence of organizationalperformance, and has multiple paths of indirect impact on the emergence of organizationalperformance on the intermediary of organizational resources, organizational capacity andorganizational mechanisms;(2)Organizational resources indirectly affect the emergence of the organizationalperformance to organizational capacity and organizational mechanisms mediated;(3)Organizational capacity directly impact on the emergence of the organizationalperformance, based on to organize resources and organizational mechanism a andorganizational environment, and indirectly effects emergence of organizational performance onthe intermediary of organizational mechanisms, based on organization environment andorganization resources;(4) Organization mechanism directly influence the emergence of organizationalperformance based on the organizational environment, organizational resources andorganizational competence, and has indirect effects on the emergence of organizationalperformance on the organizational capacity as an intermediary;(5) Organization environment is the most important, followed by organizational capacity,followed by organizational mechanism and resources from contribution of effect on theemergence of organizational performance.Therefore, organization and management need grasp of the overall organizationalsystem,which is constituted by organization environment, organizational resources,organizational capacity, organizational mechanisms and organizational performance constitutesa organizational, and reasonable collaborative configurations, at the same time also need doaccording to the specific conditions holding the key, in order to more effectively promote theemergence of an active system property and suppress the emergence of passive systemsproperty, to promote the emergence of performance.
