According to the characteristics of group of iron and steel enterprises, the keytechnologies of several problems in integrated automation system are studied in thisdissertation, in which the modern management technology and advanced informationtechnology is introduced into the field of collectivize steel enterprise, and the iron andsteel enterprises of the group are represented by the virtual organization, theinformation grammar and semantic of the steel field in the organizational structure aredescribed by the semantic Web and ontology concept, information sharing andinteraction between heterogeneous database is developed by the Web servicetechnology, and the seasonal ARIMA model of the enterprise is introduced intomodeling and forecasting demand of iron and steel product.Describing the main problem in merger and reorganization of the iron and steelenterprises, and according to the characteristics of iron and steel enterprise group, thedissertation presents a basic structure to construct of iron&steel enterprise groupwith the virtual organization model. In the virtual organization, the iron and steelenterprises will show the new characteristics and functions, and can systemoptimization and control reasonably. Based on the BPS/MES/PCS of the integratedautomation system, the iron and steel enterprises can establish information systemstructure based on the production management.In virtual organization model of collectivize steel enterprise, considering productdata information among the iron and steel enterprises exist great differences, thesemantic Web and ontology concept and its key technology is introduced into the fieldof iron and steel enterprises, through the ontology description language and ontologyediting tools to build domain ontology knowledge base, and formal definition ofdomain ontology knowledge base,and then design and implementation of domainontology knowledge base system, and then allow corporate users to integration, fusionand evaluation the domain ontology in knowledge base.Based on the architecture of the comprehensive automation system, theinformation transfer system based on domain ontology between heterogeneousdatabases is design and implemented in the dissertation. With the help of the mappingtable file of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Web Service, the data table andtable structure are copied and data is migrated between heterogeneous database, which effectively realize the group information interaction between heterogeneousdatabase of the iron and steel enterprise users.Blackboard-based multi-Agent architecture model of the Group productionscheduling is proposed in this dissertation, in which the events mechanism, the classdeclaration and formal rules are described in detail, and through our schedulingexamples demonstrate the blackboard structure is sound and effective.Consideringdifferences in demand for the Group’s products of the iron and steel enterprises, thedissertation presents the seasonal ARIMA model of product demand forecast to theGroup under the company’s products or market segments demand forecast. Modelingand forecasting seasonal ARIMA model validation that the demand forecast of salesdata to the iron and steel enterprises is feasible.Exploration and practice of the study results in the dissertation, in which canprovide technical support and help to group process of the iron and steel enterprises inour country. From the point of view of management technology and informationtechnology, the results provide solutions effectively to the key problems ofmanagement and production of collectivize steel enterprise, and enhance the corecompetitiveness and international competitiveness of the iron and steel enterprisesgroup, and provide a guide of theory and practice to the smooth development of ironand steel enterprise group in our country.
