Research On Enterprise Safety Knowledge Training System Based On Ontology

Enterprise safety training is a more effective way to improve the safety quality of employees and the overall safety of the system.Enterprise production safety knowledge has the characteristics of wide fields,large amount of knowledge and complex relationships,and the content research field has not yet formed a knowledge system standard.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a production process safety knowledge framework based on the actual production of the enterprise and improve the knowledge structure and expression form,Build production safety knowledge system and conceptual model,manage enterprise safety knowledge,create enterprise safety training knowledge base,and assist safety training personnel to improve teaching content.This paper studies the definition of knowledge and ontology,basic theory and technology,semantic network,knowledge ontology construction method and application of ontology in knowledge base system,and applies ontology method to the research of enterprise security training knowledge content management.This article takes safety knowledge in the manufacturing process of manufacturing enterprises as the main research object.First of all,combined with human factor failure analysis,starting with the knowledge and skills required by frontline employees for safe operation,determine the relationship between the scope of safety knowledge,concepts and terminology;use the knowledge work breakdown structure method to deconstruct the production process step by step and construct the domain knowledge level Framework,determine the production process knowledge as the most basic unit of knowledge.Then,the ontology technology is used to construct a process safety knowledge meta-ontology model,define the core concepts of the knowledge meta-ontology,and the relationships between concepts,and iteratively improve the subclasses and attributes of the enterprise security knowledge ontology based on the production system through case analysis.Using competence and consistency to test the construction of the above ontology can be applied to the refinement and expression of safety knowledge contained in the production process.Finally,the safety training knowledge base system is developed based on the knowledge ontology constructed above,the extraction mechanism of the safety training knowledge unit is designed,and the development of knowledge information storage,query functions and inference mechanism is completed using protege to meet the needs of enterprise safety education and training.The example demonstrates that the results of the safety knowledge training system constructed in this paper can meet the functions of knowledge extraction,expression,sharing and reuse in the process of enterprise security training.The knowledge inference agency links knowledge to form a knowledge meta-network,which reflects a certain practicality and effectiveness.
