With the in-depth development of informatization construction, it has brought an unprecedented revolution for enterprise's management. On the one hand, facing to market opportunities, the enterprise needs integrate external resources to make up self-deficiencies. So the virtual enterprise, with its strong vitality and high-efficient operation efficiency has become one of the important mode to participate in the competition. On the other hand, along with the internet technology comprehensive popularization, it makes valuable knowledge lost in the large amount of information. Behind rich data, there is poor knowledge. Seatching, accessing, maintaining the information becomes more and more difficult, people intensely desire for knowledge. Especially for virtual enterprises, with its dynamic, distributed and network characteristics, the knowledge of virtual enterprise is also distiibuted and isomeric. These conditions increase the difficulty of management. It has already become a major research issue for virtual enterprise to effectively organize information and knowledge in order to produce synergies and response market opportunity through virtual enterprise.First, based on the practical needs of virtual enterprise, the author analyzes the unique advantages of ontology technology to organize the heterogeneous knowledge, expounds the principle of virtual enterprise knowledge organization and structures a knowledge organization system of virtual enterprise through the ontology technology. Second, the author proposes an easy extension method for ontology development and puts forward a two-stage mapping method for ontology integration of virtual enterprise. These methods can increase ontology knowledge flexibility of virtual enterprise, so as to achieve the knowledge organization requirements of comprehensiveness, expansibility, reusability and sharing. Finally, based on the theoretical research, the author constructs the ontology of clothing virtual enterprise to verify the theory and method of this article.
