The world’s economy has been developing rapidly from the end of the World War Ⅱ, and people’s needs for food and cloth have substituted by the persuit for life quality. The quantity and the quality of durable goods like the real estate, furniture, automobile, home appliances and other durable goods that one’s own is an important indicator to measure his life quality. Durable goods are coming into people’s life and producing a huge impact.Through the observation of the use characteristics and the deconstruction analysis of durable goods, we found that the Easy-to-wear Accessories of durable goods have a significant impact on durable manufacturers and consumers. This thesis will based on the durable goods literature and regard the Easy-to-wear Accessories as the starting of research. From the consumer utility perspective, decision-making optimization, game theory, steady-state equilibrium and market clearing conditions are synthetically used to study the durable-goods manufacturers’ optimal compatibility strategy selection of Easy-to-wear Accessories. This thesis seeks to reveal the characteristics on Easy-to-wear Accessories compatibility strategy selection of durable goods manufacturers objectively, and not only wishes to expand the research on related products of durable goods, but also wishes can guide the durable goods manufacturers when they to do decision-making.The main contents and results are as follows:1. Research on Easy-to-wear Accessories compatibility strategy selection problem of durable goods monopoly manufacturer in the case of the Easy-to-wear Accessories production capacity of durable goods monopoly manufacturer is enough and demand of Easy-to-wear Accessories is elastic. This thesis uses the steady state equilibrium to built consumer utility function under different Easy-to-wear Accessories compatible strategy, applies market clearing conditions to get the boundary of different types of consumers makes the optimal solution on the basis of that to get the maximum gain of the durable goods manufacturer in different Easy-to-wear Accessories compatible strategy, takes advantage of the comparative method to analyze the durable-goods manufacturer optimal compatibility decisions of Easy-to-wear Accessories. Concluded that durable goods optimal production and Easy-to-wear Accessories optimal prices under durable goods monopoly manufacturer adopts Easy-to-wear Accessories incompatible strategy is greater than that under durable goods monopoly manufacturer adopts Easy-to-wear Accessories compatible strategy. Under this condition the durable goods monopoly manufacturer’s optimal decision about Easy-to-wear Accessories compatible strategy is incompatible strategy.2. Research on the durable goods monopoly manufacturer’s Easy-to-wear Accessories compatible strategy selection problem when demand of Easy-to-wear Accessories of durable goods monopoly manufacturer is inelastic, but there is restraint on Easy-to-wear Accessories capacity of durable goods manufacturer. According to real situation, we divided the relationship between demand and capacity of Easy-to-wear Accessories of the durable goods monopoly manufacturer into four categories, and get the biggest benefit of the manufacturer by optimization algorithm. This thesis uses comparing methods to analyze the optimal compatible strategy of Easy-to-wear Accessories of the durable goods monopoly manufacturer under the condition of four different relations of demand and production. The conclusions are as follows:When the demand and capacity of Easy-to-wear Accessories satisfy the conditions of dta≤x2、x2<dta<x1, durable goods monopoly manufacturer’s optimal decision of Easy-to-wear Accessories are incompatible strategy; When the demand and capacity of Easy-to-wear Accessories satisfy the conditions of x1<dta<x1+x2, exist two critical points of Easy-to-wear Accessories capacity are x11- and x12-, when the maximum capacity of durable goods of the monopoly manufacturer satisfy x1<x11- and x1>x11-, the durable goods monopoly manufacturer’s optimal decision of Easy-to-wear Accessories is compatibility strategy, when x11-<x,<x12-, the durable goods monopoly manufacturer’s optimal decision of Easy-to-wear Accessories is incompatibility strategy; when x,+x2≤dta, the durable goods monopoly manufacturer’s optimal decision of Easy-to-wear Accessories is compatibility strategy.3. Research on Easy-to-wear Accessories compatibility strategy selection problem of durable goods duopoly manufacturers in the case of the Easy-to-wear Accessories production capacity of durable goods duopoly manufacturers is enough and demand of Easy-to-wear Accessories is elastic. This thesis uses the steady state equilibrium to built consumer utility function under different Easy-to-wear Accessories compatible combination strategy, applies market clearing conditions to get the boundary of different types of consumers, makes the optimal solution on the basis of that to get the maximum gain of the durable-goods duopoly manufacturer in different Easy-to-wear Accessories compatible combination strategy, finally uses the game method to analyze optimal decision of Easy-to-wear Accessories compatible strategy of the durable goods duopoly manufacturers. Concluded that in duopoly market that demand of Easy-to-wear Accessories is elastic, the final game equilibrium for both sides are to adopt Easy-to-wear Accessories incompatible strategies.4. Research on the durable goods duopoly manufacturers’Easy-to-wear Accessories compatible strategy selection problem when demand of Easy-to-wear Accessories of durable goods duopoly manufacturers is inelastic, but there is restraint on Easy-to-wear Accessories capacity of durable goods duopoly manufacturers. According to real situation, we divided the relationship between demand and capacity of Easy-to-wear Accessories of the durable goods duopoly manufacturers into four categories, and get the respective biggest benefit of the duopoly manufacturers by optimization algorithm. To makes revenue comparison sorting and builds game payoff matrix of both parties that under relationships of four different demand and capacity. In the end we use game method to analyze the durable goods duopoly manufacturer optimal decision of Easy-to-wear Accessories compatibility strategy. The conclusions are as follows:When the demand and capacity of Easy-to-wear Accessories satisfy the conditions of dta<xI<xh, xI<dta<xh or xh<dta< xI+xh, the final Easy-to-wear Accessories compatibility strategy game equilibrium for both sides to take are incompatible strategy; When the demand and capacity of Easy-to-wear Accessories satisfy the conditions of xI+xh<dta, whether two Easy-to-wear Accessories manufacturers adopt which Easy-to-wear Accessories compatible strategy, they gained the same total income and their gains are positively related with their respective capacity.
