Study On The Financial Support Of The Upgrading Of Industrial Structure In Xinjiang

Finance is the core of modern economy, is the driving force of upgrading of the industrial structure. It plays an extremely important role in the evolving process of upgrading of the industrial structure from junior to senior. Today, the question about the financial support of the upgrading of industrial structure has become the focus question in China’s economy, and how to strengthen and improve financial services to the real economy effectively has become a resolving core issue that the new government should focus on. Xinjiang, as a province of economic and financial development is lagging behind, how to make the financial’s core-role in promoting regional upgrading of the industrial structure has become the need of times and the strategic choice to accelerate the regional economic restructuring in the implementation of18th CPC National Congress and Xinjiang Work Conference.In this paper, systems analysis, comparative analysis, dynamic analysis and empirical analysis have been used. The first, the domestic and foreign research is reviewed, and the paper analysis the financial support for the theoretical basis of upgrading of the industrial structure interaction mechanism; Secondly, the paper analysis the current situation in the upgrading of the industrial structure in Xinjiang, financial developments in the southern and northern Xinjiang, and the finance support for the southern and northern industrial development from commercial bank, capital markets and financial policy; Third, the paper analysis the financial support of industrial structure by the VAR models and panel data model, the cointegration and Granger test for Xinjiang and for the southern and northern Xinjiang; Fourth, the paper analysis the existing problems and the causes in the support of the commercial bank, capital markets, policy financial aspects in upgrading of industrial structure in Xinjiang; Fifth, the paper builts the financial support system about the upgrading of the industrial structure by the financial environment system, financial supply system, financial services system and financial security system, and it gives the road of the financial support of the upgrading of industrial structure in Xinjiang; Finally, the paper is proposed to enhance the financial ability to support the upgrading of industrial structure in Xinjiang from government, industry and financial institutions.Through the research on the financial Support of the upgrading of industrial structure in Xinjiang, the paper argues that:first, the financial development and upgrading of industrial structure has the significant positive correlation in Xinjiang, and between the finance and upgrade of the industrial structure in Xinjiang has a significant role in promoting, the acceleration of the promotion of financial development in Xinjiang, will upgrade the industrial structure; Second, the current financial system about commercial bank, capital markets, financial policy in support of upgrading of the industrial structure is the source of a problem, to accelerate market-based financing system will become the future direction of financial reform; Thirdly, the financial ecological environment system, the financial supply system, the financial services system and the financial security system construction will upgrade the industrial structure in Xinjiang, the financial support system can effectively suply different funds to achieve the demand of industrial development, and promote the role in accelerating upgrading of industrial structure in Xinjiang.
