Research On Financial Support In The Industrial Structure Upgrading In China's Northeast Area

Finance is the core of modern economy,and its role is to establish a bridge between savers and investors,which is a channel for the money provided by the surplus to the shortage of departments.Rational allocation of financial resources can greatly contribute to the smooth operation of macro economy,and it is more advantageous to the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure.Theoretical research shows that perfecting the financial system has impetus to the adjustment of industrial structure.Both advantage industry development and the upgrading of traditional industries need sturdy and perfect financial system to support.Northeast China was once a growth pole of economic growth in China.In the long-term development,it has formed a situation which the proportion of heavy industry is relatively high,human capital structure is relatively solidified,and market opening level is relatively low.This industrial structure has not well adapted to the current market demand.Adjustment and optimization of industrial structure is the only way to realize the northeast China economic rise.As the key drivers of the industrial structure upgrading,financial support is particularly important.First of all,this paper analyzes the general mechanism of financial support the upgrading of industrial structure from the theoretical aspect,and respectively from the angles of bank credit and capital markets,detailing expatiates on the mechanism of financial support the upgrading of industrial structure.Secondly,this paper uses northeast China finance and industry macro data for empirical analysis.The research results show that the three northeastern provinces level of financial development cannot effectively support regional industrial structure upgrading.At the same time,due to low economic development level and insufficient fund,the relationship between the three northeastern provinces exist mutual competition.So it's difficult to realize mutual development and achieve a win-win result.
