Facing the risks, it will be reborn via transformation. This is a sentence frequently been used to describe the current situation of Chinese economy. Since the reform and opening up, China’s open economy has attained great achievements and her foreign trade developed rapidly, which has greatly improved its international status and enhanced its global influence, as well as making great contributions to world economic development. With the increasingly deepening of globalization, international economic exchanges have grown more and more closely. Foreign trade is displaying its importance to the economic development. Meanwhile, it is also becoming more and more vulnerable to the external environment. The international financial crisis broke out in2008has led to a worldwide recession, and its huge influences are far beyond people’s expectations. At present, although the economy stabilizes and recovers globally, but the recovery is weak and the world situation remains complex. There are also various risks and the economic downward pressure is also huge. External demand has not yet been fundamentally improved and trade frictions have increased. Domestically, the problem of structural contradiction, excess capacity and the growth of low quality are quite serious. After the outbreak of the financial crisis, the world economy is entering a great adjustment period.Facing the superposition of multiple influences both at home and abroad, China’s foreign trade are apparently impacted by the international financial crisis, however, in fact it is the mode of foreign trade development that is impacted by the crisis in essence.
