Research On Historical Evolution And Mechanism Of Technological Innovation Of Ansteel

Ansteel, the miniature of the development of our modern iron and steel industry, is a huge state-owned integrated enterprise with nearly a century development history. Ansteel, well-known as "the oldest son of the new China" and the "steel backbone of the new China", is the representative of China’s large state-owned enterprise. Studies on the historical evolution and Mechanism of technological innovation of Ansteel will not only help us enrich our technological innovative theory, but also help us understand the process of China’s iron and steel industrial modernization, especially the significance to the revitalization of the old industrial base. Some domestic scholars have made focus on the technological innovation of Ansteel, however, the research has not become systematic, comprehensive and specialized. In particular, there is still a vacancy of philosophy of science and technology for a long time in the research. The main purpose of this paper is to make attempts for making up the development of our philosophy of science and technology.This paper uses methods of combining history and logic, combining internal history and external history, combining literature research and field survey based on the theories of technological philosophy, technological sociology and technological innovation to start special research on historical evolution and mechanism of technological innovation of Ansteel. There are seven parts in the paper:Chapter one:"the introduction", it raises topics and evaluate current research achievements. It explains the necessity and possibility of the research and clarifies research methods and process. Chapter two:"basic theory of technological innovation", it reviews the basic theory of technological innovation both at home and abroad through origin and essence, classification and characteristics, process and mechanism etc.. Chapter three:"the beginning of technological innovation of Ansteel: Ansteel’s technology transplantation before the establishment of the PRC", it analyzes Ansteel’s technology transplantation and properties before the establishment of the PRC from the view of technology imperialism and the Japanese colonial theory. Chapter four:"development of technological innovation:technology reformation and revolution of Ansteel after the establishment of the PRC":it analyses the introduction and digest of the technology from the Soviet Union after the establishment of the PRC mainly from the view of industrial technological assistance of the Soviet Union. It focus on mass technical innovation and technology revolution movement between1950s and1960s. Chapter five:"strengthening of Ansteel’s technological innovation:technological innovation after reforming and opening up" it analyses process, characteristics and significance of Ansteel’s technological transformation and innovation from the angle of reforming and reconstruction of Ansteel to discuss self innovative process of old state-owned enterprises such as Ansteel. Chapter six:"main mechanism of Ansteel technological innovation", it analyses Ansteel’s motivation mechanism, operation guarantee mechanism and inspiriting mechanism of the technological innovation. Meanwhile, it discusses inner mechanism of technological innovation of Ansteel. Chapter seven:"the realistic choice of Ansteel’s continuous technological innovation", based on the current and future background, it analyses realistic foundation of Ansteel’s technological innovation, and the direction, principle and path of Ansteel’s technological innovation in the future.
