Because new scientific and technological progress is achieved, it become moreconspicuous that technological innovation characterized by industrial technologicaltrajectory transition. The new technological innovation impacts on the traditionaltechnology system and also brings growth to it. China’s reform and opening providesmore space of market developing and more pressure of international competition. Wepromote the technological level by the strategy of introduction of foreign technology.But the economic environment changes a lot since the economic globalization rush.The lack of core technology and independent innovation ability result in the weaknessduring the international competition.As the deeply study on the technology innovation theory, we recognize that, onlyif the technology innovation is a completely transform and also have the higheconomic efficiency, than it will bring a big competition advantage. That is thetechnological trajectory transition. We can analysis interact relevance during thetechnology, economy and policy in the technical progress.The research based on the theory about technological innovation andtechnological trajectory study on the causes and conditions of technological trajectorytransition. It study on the impact mechanism between traditional technology systemand industrial technological trajectory transition, and constructs a coupled modelbetween them. Finally it puts forward a measure of the36industries in China. Andpropose a strategy that is not only good to technological innovation but also good totechnology system. The results of this research play guiding role in makingtechnological and industrial policy and selecting technological strategy for company.(1) Industrial technological trajectory has its own life cycle. There are three corefactors: the level of industrial basic technology, the influence of the revolutionarytechnological innovation, the ability of technology introduction、technology digestion and absorption.(2) Industrial technology system is a dynamic system. It is a social and economicnet to produce and use the technology. It includes industrial technology operatesystem, industrial technology transform system, industrial technology standard system,industrial technology innovation system, and industrial technology externalenvironment.(3) Industrial technological trajectory transition will take a higher energy leveldirection. Go along with the higher energy level direction will get stranger economicenergy and higher technology level. The key point factors are technology factor andeconomy factor.(4) Industrial technological trajectory transition will impact and promote theindustrial technology system. Industrial technology system evolution will promoteand restrain industrial technological trajectory. It is a complicated coupling systemcomposed by them.(5) We construct a coupled model between industrial technological trajectorytransition and industrial technology system. Finally it puts forward a measure of the36industries in China. And point out5industries as the fine coupled mode.The innovations in this paper are embodied in the aspects as follows:(1) Analysis the formation mechanism of industrial technological trajectorybased on the technology innovation theory. Point out the developing key point of theindustrial technology trajectory. Then, propose a parallel trajectory theory to explainthe industrial technological trajectory transition. And define the energy level oftechnology trajectory, analysis that the technology trajectory will transformed into ahigher energy level.(2) Define the industrial technology system as a social and economic net that iscomposed of some people and companies can transform and use the technology tomake profit. Draw a tree picture to describe the parts of the industrial technologysystem. Based on the tree picture, we analysis the relationship around them. Proposetwo measure angles to measure the ability of industrial technology system. They aretechnology level and economic profit. Finally, study on the law of technology system transformation.(3) We analysis the interaction mechanism between the industrial technologicaltrajectory transform and industrial technology system transform. As the researchshown, industrial technological trajectory transform can effect on the industrialtechnology system. As a result, the developing of industrial technology systemsometimes will be speed up while sometimes it will be limited. The other, industrialtechnology system can help or hold the transforming of industrial technologicaltrajectory. It depends on the transform ability of the industrial technology system.Therefor, we build a coupled model to study on the relationship between industrialtechnological trajectory and industrial technology system.(4) We study on the coupling model both within the theoretical research andempirical research. Design the index system of the industrial technological trajectorytransform ability and industrial technology system transform ability. Then, calculatethe weight factor by questionnaire method and Delphi method. Finally, measure thecoupling factor with the SPSS software and DPS software.
