Enterprise’s sustainable innovation has become an inevitable way for enterprise’s sustainable development in the21st century. But because innovation is a risky activity, sustainable innovation has a variety of internal and external risks of all obstacles. In Chinese enterprises sustainable innovation process, due to lack understanding of sustainable innovation risks, internal management deficiencies and the lack of effective risk management, it may give enterprise a huge crisis. This paper discuss the major risks and the dynamic variation regulation to the enterprise’s sustainable innovation processes.Based on sustainable innovation, innovation management, innovation risk theories, systems engineering, risk and risk management theories, this paper apply theoretical analyses, quantitative analysis, and practical case study method, maily did researches on the following areas:(1) On the basis of summing up relevant theory, through the analysis of inherent cycle law and risk characteristic of sustainable innovation, it has been established of this paper’s risk identification research angle-Namely based on the thought of life cycle of sustainable innovation and on the thought of strategy, major project and operator. Propose the frame of the risk factor identification theory as a follow-up study of the overall guidance.(2) Identify the major risk factors in sustainable innovation process through statistical studies. Have studied the most research results of past reference and have done some case study of some typical enterprises’sustainable innovation, this paper proposed the overall hypertheses about potential risk factors on enterprise’s sustainable innovation, then identified the key risk factors which cause great risk consequence to sustainable innovation through an analysis of investigation result of the questionnaire. Finally, identify six key risk factors which have regression significance level, that is, innovation strategic risks, material and market risks, external environment risks, major project risks, major project group ability risks, and encouragement and restrainment risks outside operator. All kinds of risks exert a in various degree influence on enterprise’s sustainable innovation.(3) On the basis of distinguishing the key influence factors, this paper have probed into the dynamic evolution law of major risks in enterprise’s sustainable innovation. For six kinds of major factors that is confirmed above, structure interaction model and the dynamic evolution curve model of major risks in enterprise’s sustainable innovation. The interaction model analysed the influencing and interaction between six kinds of major factors of major risks in enterprise’s sustainable innovation; Then it have analysed every risk factor changable characteristics and dynamic evolution laws in enterprise’s sustainable innovation process on the basis of interaction model in dynamic evolution curve model; And proposed the typical risk behavior modes of every stages in enterprise’s sustainable innovation process and analysed the opportunity nature and dynamic change mode of environment risk. Then using the double criteria evaluation method and fuzzy evaluation method, this paper established a dynamic evaluation model of major risk during the strategic transformation period of enterprise’s sustainable innovation.(4) Utilizing the result of above-mentioned static identification and dynamic analysis, put forward some suggestions to risk management during the strategic transformation period of enterprise’s sustainable innovation, and constructed an Integrated Risk Management Model about the major risk management mechanism of strategic transformation period.(5) Using interaction model, dynamic evolution curve model, dynamic assessment model and risk management mechanism model, this paper conducted case studies of Sino-platinum Metals Co.,Ltd, and finally gave some policy recommendations.This paper established the theory of major risks recognition and dynamic variation regulation to the enterprise’s sustainable innovation processes. Not only does it has important theoretical significance to enrich and develop the theory of sustainable innovation, but also does it has important practical role for preventing and controlling the major risks faced by the enterprise’s sustainable innovation practice, and ensuring that enterprises effectively recognize and prevent major risks during the internationalization and green process of sustainable innovation. Dynamic assessment model and risk management system model for the strategic transformation period has value for manufacturing companies to prevent and control risks during preventing and controlling.
